Practice Manager
Irene has extensive experience in medical administration and has been working with Dr. Wells since 2016. Her responsibilities range from patient account management, billing, surgery scheduling, insurance authorizations, HR & Provider Credentialing. Please contact Irene with any questions or concerns. Front Office Staff

AmburAmbur

Receptionist
Ambur is our primary receptionist.  Her responsibilities include greeting patients, updating patient paperwork and insurance information, making appointments, and fielding and routing patient phone calls and questions.  She also handles all the IUD’s from verifying benefits, placing the order and scheduling of this appointment.

Julie TurnquistJulie

Receptionist
Julie has worked with Dr. Wells for many years and has had several different roles.  Her current responsibilities include making appointments, and fielding and routing patient phone calls and questions.

Disability Paperwork Contact / Medical Assistant
Jess has worked in the medical field since 2003 and joined Dr. Wells in 2007. Her responsibilities consist of triaging patients’ phone calls and authorizations for medications. She is your main contact for all disability paper work.

Medical Assistant
Maria has worked in the medical field since 2006. Her responsibilities consist of preparing patients for their visits with Dr. Wells or our Midwives. She also assists with in-office procedures and triaging phone calls. She is quite capable of giving information regarding certain laboratory test results.

Medical Assistant
Heather’s responsibilities consist of preparing patients for their visits with our Nurse Practitioners and our Midwives.  As she works closely with the Nurse Practitioners, contact her first for questions to be directed to them.  She is also in charge of providing patients with information regarding the MonaLisa Touch® and scheduling of this treatment.
