Arlene – Practice Manager
Arlene is our Practice Manager. She is here to happily answer any questions related to the practice. She is responsible for the surgery scheduling and insurance authorizations. Please call her with any questions- she is here to serve our patients, facilitate your needs, and make your experience exceptional. Andrea
You may not be able to see it under the mask, but Andrea always has a smile at the front desk. She is our Maternity Benefits Coordinator and has been a part of our team since 2021. She was born at John Muir Hospital across from our office but did not have the honor of being delivered by Dr. Wells. Andrea grew up in San Ramon, graduated from Cal High, and attended Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill. Outside of work, you may spot her walking around downtown Walnut Creek with her sisters or speed-walking down the Iron Horse Trail. She also enjoys spending time with her son and two cats at her home in Oakley.
